1. Service Description

AxionHost provides AI-managed web hosting services, including domain registration, website hosting, content management, and storefront capabilities. Each website runs in an isolated Docker container on our infrastructure.

2. Account and Authentication

You access your account via magic link email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. Do not share your sign-in links with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AxionHost to:

• Host illegal content or content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades our services or other customers' sites
• Attempt to access other customers' containers or data
• Exceed the resource limits of your hosting plan

4. Payment Terms

Hosting is billed monthly via Stripe. Domain registration is a one-time annual fee billed at checkout. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Domain Registration

Domains are registered through our registrar partner (Porkbun) on your behalf. Domain ownership is subject to ICANN policies. We reserve the right to refuse registration of domains that impersonate well-known brands or violate trademark rights.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload or create on AxionHost. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us the limited right to host, serve, and cache your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Limitations

Resource limits (memory, CPU, storage) vary by plan tier. We reserve the right to suspend sites that exceed their plan limits. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your site will remain active until the end of the paid billing period, after which your container will be stopped.

9. Limitation of Liability

AxionHost is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
