1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

• Email address -- used for authentication (magic links), account identification, and service notifications
• Site content -- pages, files, and products you create through our CMS
• Analytics data -- page view counts per path (no personal visitor tracking, no cookies on customer sites)
• Contact form submissions -- name, email, and message submitted through your site's contact form
• Payment information -- handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and provide access to your account
• To host and serve your website content
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To provide analytics about your site's traffic
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, contact form notifications)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AxionHost:

• Stripe -- payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. (stripe.com/privacy)
• Porkbun -- domain registration. Domain registrant information is subject to ICANN WHOIS policies.
• Resend -- transactional email delivery (sign-in links, notifications).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our server infrastructure (DigitalOcean, US-based). Each customer site runs in an isolated Docker container. Our database is backed up daily. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all traffic.

5. Data Retention

• Account data -- retained for the life of your account
• Site content -- retained while your subscription is active, plus a grace period after cancellation
• Analytics -- aggregate page view data retained for up to 90 days
• Auth tokens -- magic link tokens expire after 15 minutes

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data through the dashboard
• Delete your site content at any time
• Cancel your account, after which your data will be removed
• Request a copy of your data by contacting support

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (session) for authentication. It is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on the AxionHost platform.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
